Michael oversees the day-to-day sales and operations of the Montgomery Biscuits. He is proud of the fun, family culture he’s helped create among the Biscuits staff and fans. His key to success is surrounding himself with great people and having fun while doing something he loves.

What is your main role at your company?

I oversee the day-to-day sales and operations of the Montgomery Biscuits. I focus on creating impactful memories and experiences for fans and visitors across the River Region during Biscuits games and all events at Riverwalk Stadium.

What is your number one career accomplishment or highlight?

I am extremely proud of the fun family culture that we have been able to create amongst our Biscuits staff that hopefully carries over to the game day atmosphere for our fans.

How are you involved in your community?

Since I joined the Biscuits, we have created several educational platforms including a reading program and a teacher appreciation platform. We have continued to open our doors to a wide variety of events benefiting non-profits and community organizations that have helped me build some great relationships.

What is your key to success?

Surround yourself with great people and have as much fun as possible. Both at work and at home I have amazing people in my life that make me look good and give me the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while doing something that I love.
